Alan, my grandfather used to say "Some people would complain if they were hung with a brand new rope". Don't let the "keyboard commando's" get you down. If any of these clowns had a slight clue what it takes to do an event they would shut thier pie hole.
BTW, it looks like a great event and if we were any closer it would be on the "to do" list.

Imageshack has consistency issues. Will manage photos into an album and provide link after remaining couple dozen are uploaded/posted.

Wow, I gotta say, to take a common "stock" appearing Stainbrook and drop it, add some really nice paint, and tastefully scallop it blows my mind. That is really a well done mild custom. Kudos to the owner.

GREAT shots, Patina!!!! Really appreciate you takin' the time to post -- Sorry we had to leave so early, but the parental units were exhausted and melting, so we cruised back to Austin early. . .

Give yer girlfriend a couple of G.I. Joes next time, and she can really do the "Attack of the 50 Foot Woman" pose justice! ;):D

Didn't hear who actually won these but here are the "Best of Show" and "Best Custom". Had a blast doing these. Thanks for the opportunity Alan.

Middle of the show field - hope this little guy didn't get squashed. He popped up to see the burn out. Noticing details doesn't stop at old iron.

Since amphibians are hyper-sensitive to environmental changes, his mere presence guarantees Billetproof returns next year. By default then, carrying more weight than a couple of you keyboard commandos. ;)

Man I wish I had a ride out there today. Looks like I missed a ton more. Here are the pics I got of Junior playing at Mercury Charlie's booth on Saturday.

Thats me striping some bikes in the background there, what a great time! Thanks Junior!

Texas Heatwave - oh wait, that's a different non-traditional show entirely. Must be just heat exhaustion.

Ready for a parting shot? 60 my ***!

Yes, I know one hand on the wheel and the other hanging an expensive camera out the window over the windshield isn't smart...

Images in this thread are now in an album here if not loading properly.

Apparently some folks don't understand the fundamental difference between billet and cast aluminum parts. Poor babies....
