Any links to Silver/Gold leafing tutorials?

I wanted to try some silver/copper/gold leafing.

Are there any tutorials or links that explain what kind of glue to use, tips, what kind/type of brush is used to "turn" it for effect, etc.?

all i know is its tuff. i just bought the cheap shit at michaels so i didnt waste my money i havent had a successful application yet.
