Shaw I think is his last name. He drove from Nevada. Built it himself. very cool.

Autocross looked cool. There was only one pre-'48 car that ran it in 50 seconds. I wanted to run the LaSalle through but I didn't think it would make the corners. LOL

    Nice Merc, recent paint.

^^^ Is that the same car everyone keeps *****'n about how bad it is?

edit: no, I just went back and checked and it's not. This one seems a little nicer. But, I don't know **** about customs anyway. So, it could be even worse for all I can figure out.

    Regardless, thanks for the coverage!

ok, here are the shots of KIRK's new ride. I know everyone has seen the threads of it but it was nice to see it outside and in person. The car is very clean. Really nice job done on this build.

  17. The Grille is just slightly more ugly that the headlights ! Goes well with the sculpted Velour interior...

    Hey Brian,

Thanks for the kool pictures. I had decided to stay home and get some work done but it looks like it was a pretty good show. Your Cadi looks good from any angle. I can't wait to see the chop!

No problem, and thanks. The Summer show has a bunch of Mustangs and Crumareros but it was fun to hang out for the day.

I was suprised at the number of cool cars this year. it's like the HOT RODS are moving in and the airbagged late model trucks are staying home. I took a few pix but my computer is only letting me load red X's here for some reason.

did they give that Mustang away to someone? that would be a nice commuter.

this one was cool in spite of the Lincoln valve covers being on an SBC and 3 carbs on a 4 BBL intake.
