New Jersey H.A.M.B. Meet

I was looking at the "Jersey Guy Intro" post and I realized that there are alot of people from NJ on this board, we should all get together at a car show or something this spring.What do you guys think?

Well, The Jersey Thrash is still postponed. My family right now, is a mess.. Ive been making progress with the rear suspension but its still slow..

I get a day off thoughout the week. Its hard to get motivated when you've been going back and forth to Doctors and making sure hes alright. You just want to kick your feet up, and relax..

I should have everything tacked and rolling in a week or so.. I really need help with this engine.. The Engine Mount Sawzall gave me, wont work. Im lost in the dark right now..Same for the steering..

Any you Jersey guys have a F-100 box and coloumn?

Maybe Mid February? If things dont get worse..

That would be cool, keep it something on the cheep, go to a park or something and everyone brings something to eat, or a beverage.

 

I will find a suitable location and then post a tentative date wich can be discussed,I think it will probably be in mid-spring.

 

I will post a date well in advace so folks can make plans, people should also bring thier non-hamber friends too.

hey tim, ya know what would be sweet? if we could use the campground behind my house. it would be perfect. the top field can be for parkin and the lower field can be for some oval track racin! hahaha. later.

 

Hopefully my kid won't have a track meet the scheduled day so I can go. Maybe consider meeting at Spring Englishtown since it's centrally located.

 

well a meet at englishtown would be fine, but i think a HAMB only meet is what were going for, you know seperately from another show.

Dam you guys are making me home sick.Cody440 I used to live in browns mills about an hour north of you.Mom is still there.My sister is on the coast too.Maybe next time I visit we can hookup.

 

I used to live in browns mills about 10 years ago.....had a blast there but man did it change.

 

Right near my house there is a parking lot for an un-used baseball field, there are picnic tables, a playground for any kids, I could bring a charcoal grill to cook burgs and dogs.Other wise i think our best bet is some kind of state park.

 

Been out of there for 20 years caffeine. And dam glad. What a dead beat town grew up there.

 

Count me in, if it's mid-spring, the car should be ready to go by then too!
