made it to "the revenge of the tiki" show last night here in ft lauderdale at club montery. glad i went, lots of cool cars and good music.

got to meet ArtGeco from here and his "Tequila Mockingbird" T-Bird.
looks even better in person.

I want to see more pics of that 4 door mercury convertible... Have thought about doing that a bunch of times on my 50 but i don't want it to look goofy. got any more pics of that merc?

Thanks for snapping my Rivi. My son drove his 59 Apache 170 miles to the show. Was a great time and we sure hope to see another one next year. had a BLAST!

 

no problem man. i actually took pics of just about every car there, but some came out too blurry to post. i guess i had too many PBR's. LOL.

Is this event part of the Hukilau?

We made the Hukilau two years ago, they had a small car show, but nothing like this.

Originally, we were to be part of the Hukilau but there was one issue that could not be resolved so we bowed out. Hence the name "Revenge of the Tiki"

It turned out much better IMHO since I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have been able to have PBR's and and mostly nekid wimmin in the Bahia Mar parking lot
