Hello I really don't know what to do. I paid 3 subscription to TRJ magazine (one in september and two in december) and received nothing. No reply from customer service. Even sent a PM from here, but no reply yet. I have all transaction numbers, no reply at all. I am still missing issues from my magazine. I can purchase them off ebay, ok, but it's not correct. Shipping address is Florida, so no issues with international mail, since everything gets sent via Fedex along with my hot rod parts. How can I be considered from these guys? I have all issues since # 1, and gave subscriptions to friends as gifts. Please help Antonello Jelitro
You bought 3 subscriptions and non of them have been honored [you didn't recieve any magazines?] I'm guessing that you are in Italy so it is going to be expensive but you may have to pick up the phone and give them a call.
There's no excuse for them not answering your email but it could be the magazines are going astray in the Italian postal system. I know a lot of vendors on Ebay flatly refuse to accept bids from Italy because the loss rate is so high.....just saying....

As said in the inital post, all my issues are shipped to Florida, where I have a shipping address. There, all my stuff is sent via Fedex to Italy. No Italian post office for sure.
I've called em a few times, Someone always answered the phone and someone was always able to help me out with an issue (once) and orders, (Twice) Pick up the phone....call em.
I am just thinking that how funny would that be, and not so much for you, if there is a dude in a Floridian Fedex taking his time reading your magazines? Haha, an he is on the hamb? Dude is like "oh ****, I got caught. Best send them now." HAHAHA!!! No but in all seriousness, just be persistent. Way better to be "that guy who always calls" than to be "that guy who lost a ****load of money towards magazines that never came". Think about it.
Seems problems have been fixed. They lost my orders somewhere . Now they are sending me all back issues, and as a bonus a poster pack and a t shirt. Have been dealing with Audrey, very nice and supportive. Let''s hope for the best.
Audrey is the lady I spoke too a couple different times..... super nice, squared me away and sounds cute too!
