So presto chango the gravel shield is gone, these old gals really look good with a rounded bottamwhat are your plans for the roll pan?
im going to have to keep an eye on this thread im going to look at a 46 plymouth tommorrow most lickly it will be mine ...maybe
i still plan on running a bumper, just want to tuck it up closer to the body. was thinking maybe a smooth blade sytle like from a 50's chevy truck
picked up a trunklid section for another car as i needed it to fix mine, at this point i have it in place and tacked at a few spots and self tapped screws holing it all in place till i finish welding it up. i will be removing the lip on the lid and welding 1/4' round stock around the whole edge
If you eliminate the gravel shield you also will also have to shorten the bumper to make it look proportionate/hug the body.
i need to pick up a bumper and see what i will need to do to get to look right. i thought about a roll pan and made up a cardboard mock up but didnt just like the look so i will be running some sort of bumper
do you need a stock ch***is i have one i blasted and painted in por15 but not using i did a full ch***is swap ?
