Event Coverage Old Marty's stock car hall of fame reunion (pics)

Some pictures of the annual stock car hall of fame reunion located in the big town of Otho Iowa. Had a good turn out of old drivers and fans alike. Marty has a cool collection of restored and unrestored cars and a shop full of cool toys. And of course....Brandy

Some update pics of his wife's 28 sport coupe finally gets its top.Can't wait to see this one all together.

 

His other projects in the wings..... don't want to show the rest of his back yard cause it would make you cry. But at least he's saving them from the crusher. He's got some neat stuff and is always willing to show you around. Its worth the trip just to see his collection of vintage pictures of the old stocker's in action.

Yes Marty accepts visitors, in fact he enjoys showing his collection of old trophys pictures and news clippings from back in the day. Most days hes around so feel free to stop in. He has something new every time I stop, people donate to the cause regularly since it is the only museum like it in the area. I have more pictures and will be posting more later.

Awesome!! We have cars like this in New Zealand, except they run into each other on purpose. Me and the old man have a very rotten 38 chev coupe thats going to get that treatment.

 

Someone besides me needs to buy the 51 Chevy in the picture needs rockers and part of the front quarter, the floors are solid and the motor runs like a top.
