    Isn't the black '32 roadster with the cut down doors and Colorado plates the same one pictured and commented on in the book, "The Birth of Hot Rodding"?

    That's gotta be it because that book is all about late 40's dry lakes racing and they ask the question "why somebody would cut down the doors on this roadster we will never know..." and they show a picture of I think that car? If it is the car it sure looks better with out fenders and top, but damn that would be rad to have that piece of history. I like the cut down doors.

    Thanks for the pics. You actually take some nice images but you may want to screw with your ISO settings on that camera to take some of the "grain" out. I am sure someone on here that actually knows about photography could help correct that.

    I keep on looking at radials for a better ride , but being old and old school :cool::cool:
    they did not come on Hot Rods that I remember
