This is my newest one. I'm thinking about have "Limbo Stick" painted on the rear bumper It has about 3.5" of clearance so I don't take it anywhere that I'm not pretty familur with. The drive train consists of a 53 Flathead V8 that has been completely rebuilt tied to an early 50s Ford truck 3 speed transmission and ending in a Ford 9" rear. It runs great and most importantly... cool. Even on 90+ days it never gets over 175. It has two new Speedway water pumps and a Walker radiator and it's timed correctly. The lakesters go back to HD fishtail exhausts. That rear bumper is 1 1/2 inch rebar that was hand bent by two 60+ gentlemen. The roof is 3/8 tinted Lexan on the front and a removable tonto cover in the rear. The seats are just bombers that I applied padding to and covered in an old army blanket I had. It has two tractor seats in the rear if anyone wants to ride in the wind. I put a seat belt in for my favorite co pilot (my 6 year old). Hope you like it.
Nice of you to add a belt for your son. That'll make him feel so much better when he looks into the driver's seat and Daddy isn't there anymore after the first wreck which we hope will never happen.
Thanks for the "positive" feedback. Have you always been a jerk or is it something you've perfected over time? How many people on this forum bother to put in any seat belts? By the way, what do you drive? Did you put in a roll cage and SRS? If you dont care for my car (it's not everyones cup of tea) just say so, but painting pictures of my little guy watching me eject is just being an ***.
