    Hello all,

I have lurked here long enough and decided to sign up and hopefully contribute in some way. I have been into cars and hotrods since my Dad started taking me to the drag's at 4 or 5 years old. I don't discriminate on make but I especially love the 64 65 Comets. My Dad, son and myself each have a 65 hardtop and we have a lot of fun together with our cars.
I also have a 65 Caliente that has a straight axle, FE and toploader in the works. It will be street legal but not street comfortable. I will post pictures when i get that figured out. This site has been invaluable for the knowledge i have gained and many times I have been in the shop and needed an answer and it was always a click of the search ****on away. Thanks to everyone who contributes to this sight and I will try to help out in any way I can.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys.

Muttley, I have watched your Comet progress over the last year or so and really dig the cheaters and pie crusts. I will try to post a couple pics.

Judd, your car was one of the straight axle cars I studied when I was planning mine. Hopefully mine will see some serious strip time as well.

This is my 64 wagon. 289 c4 cruises great and is super dependable
