HELP Stewart Warner Fuel Gauge

I scored an early SW fuel gauge (on left )) with number 301A-J8 on the back. I have a 90 ohm fuel sending unit. What is this and will it work for what I need? Thanks, Brad

you probably need a sender that has 240 ohms empty and 33 full

 

36-3window is right...SW uses the universal 240/33 sender...90 is GM
