Hey! I'm new to this message board, and so far it's most likely the biggest source of hot rod and old car information out there. I was wondering, are there any north jersey meets or car shows? I do know about some that usta take place in Tappan, New York on Thursdays, it was just really casual, no prizes or anything, just a roll in, check it out, roll out kinda thing. My dad and I have been looking for places to cruise to with our 54' Chevy firetruck also, I want to start my own project rat rod, but i'm kinda lost on where to start

There's always Bear Mountain, that's a great one. My mom is in Old Tappan and it usually takes me around 20 - 30 minutes to get there from her house...
There is a pretty cool one at the waterloo village concert grounds right of of 80, they always have a bunch of cars, bands like the razorbacks, and alan johnson and all of his buddys come and pinstripe.I think it is in july.
There's always my show, The Jalopy Jump-N-Jive! New Jersey's only all traditional show that I know,This year will be the 3rd annual,in Asbury Park,NJ. Probally in August again.
