49-54 chevy leaf spring U bolts

    Anyone know if anyone sells longer square u bolts for 49-54 chevy rear leaf spings.

    Got old set of lowering blocks i made while back, but dont want to spend money on a whole lowering block kits when just need the bolts.

    I have that aversion too. If you haven't started yet, think about making those kinds of things, or find something at a salvage yard that can be adapted. It's a rewarding part of the hobby to improvise.

    Your local Fastener or Gasket shop should be able to make them to your specs for a few bucks. I had some custom U-Bolts made for a project about 2 months ago...they charged me $6/each and they were stainless steel.
