Flathead motor info

Guys Im living in a remote part of China at the moment and spend most of my nights at home and want to use the time somewhat productively. Having never had any ford flatheads I feel I could use my time to do some learning.

Is there any good online sources of information describing the history of them, hopping them up over the years, desireable variants and speed parts. I realise thats a LOT but Id like to make a start on some learning. Thanks.
