Hello, My name is Steve and am new to this forum.
I am in the process of putting together a 50 Dodge Wayfarer sedan.
    I have installed a Ford 400 engine / C6 trans in it.
Had to move the firewall back about 4 inches to accomodate the engine.
Just received a 95 Explorer 8.8 rear end.
I have Scarebirds disc brake conversion on the front along with rack and pinion steering.

When I got the car I had to replace all the floor and rockers from scratch.
After everything that I have was fitted in place, welded or modified I tore it down for paint.
Bare frame has been panted with Eastwood's rust encapsulator.
I am in the process of cleaning up the underside of the body for more of the paint.
The rear body mount crossmember needs a little TLC...
I have some sheetmetal channel I found that will fit there with a little t*******.
    I will post some pictures...
Let me know what you think...
    Thank you, Steve

Thank you all for the welcome!!
I have cut the spring perches off the old axle today and will do the same on the 8.8
I will be using the original leaf springs which had that old anti-squeek wrap on them.
I have removed them and will clean and paint.
Still wire brushing the bottom of the car and have only the trunk pan left.
The spare tire well was rusted out so I cut the spot welds and removed it.
I will cut out a flat piece of 18ga. and fill the hole.
I will spend time tomorrow and take a group of pictures and post them.
In case you were wondering why I put a Ford 400 in, It was just overhauled and was free.
It and the C6 came out of a E-350 box van which is now a storage shead on wheels!?!
