Very interesting car... over the top for sure... but very nicely over the top!

What makes this car "over the top"? Just curious...

I've seen it at Pleasanton... over the top was exactly how I would describe it. you really have to walk around the whole car and look inside to see why.

just too much going on for my tastes. nice work though and the proportions are good.

Interior... nice... but a lot going on... To me this is a little over the top... but as I mentioned before... very nicely over the top styling.
Not something I would do on my own custom.. but something I enjoy seeing on this car though.

Absolutely too much going on. Pinstripes, scallops, flames, metalflake, two-tone, etc., but a great looking car underneath it all.

To me, that is a problem with a lot of customs. People have a hard time quitting making modifications. It first glance, this is a bad *** car. Take a second or third look, and theer is way too much going on (in my opinion).

For me it is simply the paint. A simple two tone or single color would look sooo much better than the striping and flames and two tone etc. It just looks like the owner couldn't decide what to do with the paint so he did it all. Other than that a beautifully done custom

The guy who owns it says he did all the work. He kept saying he has not seen this or that done before so he did it. Like the top is silver with hard flake silver flames, no pinstripes to outline the flames, to match the interior flames. Stuff like that I also think was a bit too much, my opinion. He is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma and grew up with Starbird.
