  4. 1929 Chevy 2-dr Coach, 350, 700r4, 9" Strange rear end.:) And I have a copy of that Tex Smith book, but had no idea it was worth anything. Wow and I tried to give it away to a Mopar guy last year and he didn't want it.

  5. Its like the Tbucket on a budget book. Its out of print, so the price goes up. I would be suprised if anyone actually gets $150 for them considering mine is about 1/2 that with no bites. I liked it better than most of the other ones of that style. Lots of relevent pics.

Here's my Old Poncho again. It now has a 350/700 in it. Don't know if you can still find'em but it seems to me back in the 80's either Rod Action or 1001 Custom and Rod Ideas did a build featuring a 46-48 Plymouth Coupe that used a small block Mopar or Slant 6 swap. Its been long ago and I'm old but I think it was one of those 2 mags and one of those 2 engines.

Thanks Rockable! There's a few around. I've seen 3 others rodded. Its been off the road 4 years now and I'm finally beginning to see some light at the end of the tunnel thanks to some friends and of course The HAMB.

Everytime I need inspiration I just look for a "Denise and Big Olds" thread.

Keep 'em coming. All of those are really cool! Love the Dodge Pickup with the Willys front eng, the '30 Chevy (really like the wire wheels!) and the '32 Desoto!! That Dodge roadster is going to be sweet, too!
