Projects 19 day 58 ford build

    here are pics on a 19 day build from the field to the roundup on a 58 ford custom.. 3 guys and a girl made it happen.. having problems loading the pics more to come..

    Keep um coming.....I've still got one of those out back.....for "another future car to build"....hahaha. I've always have liked that body style.
    19 days.....not much sleep in North Austin:rolleyes:.

    I love these cars, My first car was a 300 post and I have owned three in the past 10 years.

    A-arm on 58 is a nut like the later Fords. 57 used a bolt. 58 is better setup, thinking about changing my 57 over since it needs to be replaced anyway, just need the `58 A-frame shafts. Cool build on the Custom300, I love those bodies...

    But wait, I spy a subframe graft...nice job. What frame did you use, Crown Vic? Did you have to narrow it any?

    thanks for all of the feedback.. i used a camaro clip its a tad big ut it worked well.. if she had gone with bias instead of the radials it would never be noticed.... andwe used a later model 351 with the double sump pan and 69 mustang motor mounts.. really worked out well..
