Projects My Roadster is in "Rehab".... (pics)

We built the headers from a Speedway kit. I looked at alot of pictures from the '50's to make them look right (Belond). There's a few things on this one that are not "Old" but it should be user friendly.

When it left here, it was on its way to St. Louis. Looks like it showed up for sale in KY this weekend. You just never know... Hopefully someone will finish it up right.

Looks like we will be getting the roadster truck back. I really hope it works out. Shoulda never sold it to start with.

Just got the call.... its back in town. Dropped off at a friends shop. Engine is apart and in a box, but its all still there.

 

it looks good now, But i dont get it, did you sell it? or is it at paint?

 

I wish it was at paint & I was getting it back. I sold it to a guy in St. Louis and it sat for the last year. He took the engine apart and quit.

Can't wait to get it back and finish it.

It'll probably get the SBC treatment till the flathead gets fixed. That way I can be driving it.

Seems as this is the "Newest Trend" all of a sudden. Helluva idea if you ask me. There's alot of these things laying in hiding, just waiting on the right guy to come along and save them.

Been in negotiations about the roadster for the last few days..... Seems as if the middle man wants to "Barrett-Jackson" me on the deal.

It was on its way, till I sold it. Now it's back and working on getting it going. Probly gonna get a SBC in front of that T-5. The Flatty is in the machine shop.
