    Hello,
This is Wardole' and i'm new to the h.a.m.b. Seeking information on a 10 bolt rear end conversion in my 50 deluxe. I understand that spring plates need to be drilled out an inch and a half forward to scoot the rear end back on leaf spring. Which spring plates and lowering blocks should i use? Could you give me any advice on this project?
    Thank you.

  2. Uh, get a second gen camaro rear, drill the hole in the perches that come on it and you're done.

Thank you for your help. I drilled out the center holes an inch and a half forward, had it all bolted up and the tires were not in the center of the wheel wells. I unbolted it to see if it would go back any further and try to get the wheels centered in the wheel well, but it seemed change the angle for the driveline to much. I also have 3 inch lowering blocks in there so im thinking about cutting them at an angle to compensate for the angle and push it back a little more to get it centered.

Check with a 4 wheel drive shop for angled lowering blocks, they use them to raise higher. depends on which side of springs axle is either up or. down. Usually higher quality parts than speedway .
