    The 'Knight' name suffix was used on most - or probably all - of several makes that used the 'Knight-patent' sleeve-valve system, not just 'Willys-Knight'. Going by the logo cast into the lenses, they must be from a circa 1920-1924 'R & V (for Root & Vanderservoort) Knight'. I imagine that because the R & V Knight was only produced for 4 years and in addition was a very expensive high-end car, that those lights must be extremely rare and valuable to a collector or restorer.. I think you really lucked out on finding those!

    The R. & V. Knight is an American Automobile produced by William H. VanDerVoort and Orlando J. Root. These two men made automobiles in Moline, Illinois from 1904 to 1924. First as the Moline in 1904 and then the Moline-Knight in 1914. Over the years the Moline, Moline-Knight and the R. & V. Knight was of outstanding quality.Most R. & V. Knight automobiles were painted blue and were equipped with windshield, speedometer, ammeter, voltmeter, motormeter, tire pump, electric horn and 32 inch tires and demountable rims.
