I'm working out a deal to buy this '60 custom cab, only a couple of owners in its history, bed is pretty straight for its age and th cab has typical rust spots but not too bad. Runs good with a supposedly a 302 out of a 69 Mustang, bored over to ? and running mild cam. Ran well even for all the sitting the truck does now. Has C4 trans and stock rear end. Truck was originally a 292 V8 w/3 speed column shift. If this deal goes through, besides the basic maintenance and what not, lowering and a change of wheels are first order. Any thoughts on best place for correct OE style wheels? I know there are lots of threads on lowering these so I'll still do some more searches before I get flamed on that one. What do you guys think? It's gonna need work (steering box pretty worn out), but could be a daily driver in no time.

Nice *** Ford! Check out Novatattoo's '57 (Yellow) and maybe see if you like those wheels/tires/lowering combo. I know I do.
