Thanks, I'll give him a try.

  4. Mine did not work worth a shit. Had my son attempt to readjust the doors to get them to seal better. He noticed I had the seals on backwards. Might be something worth looking at.....

I was pretty disappointed in the stuff from LMC, if you find something that fits well and lasts I'd love to know about it...

Steele is about the best I have found. Made in USA. Right here in NC.

I bought the stuff from Soff Seal... and I had heard about people saying it was "on backward" now a few different times in forums, but nobody ever produces pictures. So, i put it on where it sticks out rather than lying flat against the door (see pics). Is this correct? I cannot shut the door for hell anymore. Something not quite right. The other way around, the stuff I replaced, had a similar if not the same cross section. But, it didn't seal right being on reversed of what I show here.

Any ideas? Pictures? Thoughts on fit?

I had trouble with door seals (on my '63 Chevy pickup) from two different suppliers. I finally tried Soft Seal and it worked like a charm. Great stuff!
