Great coverage as usual. You know, when I see that many '32 Fords in one building... well, the thrill is starting to fade. Know what I mean? If the only ones that were on the planet were the ones Henry built in 1932 that would be OK by me. Thanks.

Don, thanks for posting your pics. They are excellent as usual!

  3. Great shots Don. Looks like the locals are supporting the show with cars. Hopefully you were there at an off hour - otherwise it looks like the spectators were way down.

    Gotta love that Chrysler wagon!

Thanks, Don. I didn't make it this year, so your coverage is especially welcome.

I think the silver Cuda gets the take-it-home award, even with the silly wheels.

The final objective chevy, Isn't that the sick aussie car running a merlin engine or something crazy like that?

I found a link. It is running a merlin. 3000 hp!

Just plane sick. I love it.

..........you know.....I was just thinking........they say, "As one door closes, another opens.." As Prime Media has swallowed up and ruined most of the magazines we used to love, people like Don, Evel and Ryan have stepped up and more than filled the gap. THEY have taken hot rod communications into the new millinium! Thanks guys! [IMG]

I don't know. I didn't go back on Sunday. It was 75 degrees and sunny so it seemed like a much better idea to just go for a ride in my roadster.

I just got word that Royce's RPU didn't win the most beautiful roadster BUT it was awarded the Chip Foose design excellence award and the most beautiful interior award. Congrats to the Pinkees crew for all their hard work. Now it's one step closer to Royce actually getting to drive it.

Oh yea, Steve Moal's car won the AMBR. Good for
    them. [IMG]

Yea, that must be it. I've always seen it with the doors closed.

Drd, Once again, you've certainly mastered the camera. The pictures are excellent.

Jimmy White's cars looked really great. I asked him a few questions and he was really gracious. . . seems like a cool guy with a good at***ude.

Kilroy, thanks for posting those pics. It was so much work to get there. The Orange car was in a million pieces on the shop floor Monday morning, we had it back together Thusday afternoon. Fatluckys (sean) was pretty much installing the interior panels as it was going on the trailer. The show was really good for us, I got to meet a bunch of people. I think the funnest part was driving the cars home Sunday night!
