  2. I spend most of my money on hot rod stuff. The rest I just waste on food, clothing, and shelter.

Me too - buy all the parts I can and then fall for another project and start all over again
Don't always get the project finished however all the parts are there
Biggest job that stops me from finishing a project is paint
Current total is 4 projects and I am considering buying another car

    Me think me afflicted!

Now where is that HAMB anon number

I only have one, I would have more but the state put me on this involuntary program to try to get the devil out of me, its called bonded ***le, now I lay awake at night with the sweats and racing pulse trying to figure out how I am or if I am ever going to get to drive my one car again, I spend all my money on lawyers and expediters trying to get a fix, sometimes I sneak out to the shop and go around the block once before J LAW comes and tries to send my toy to the crusher, I have nightmares about receipts and vin numbers chasing me down the street screaming VERIFY, VERIFY! Oh god make it stop, let me just drive my car, already.

Since we have been diagnosed with a diaease, do think there is any government ***istance for it ? Only way to promote a cure is spend money on it.

I'm buying parts for a 47, a 73 & 74 cars and looking to buy a 35-42 car. Rigt now the 47 & 74 are consuming my time in locating just the right stuff. I don't think there ihs a cure even when the pocket book is empty.

  8. Hmmm, we can probably get this covered under our new goobernment healthcare - It should be cl***ified as one of them "Pre-Exsisting Conditions" . . . :D

I do this with two channel stereo stuff too...it's called audionervosa. So I got autonervosa and audionervosa. I'm screwed!

I often wonder / day dream,
"Why can't there be a swap meet around here every weekend?"
Ok, maybe EVERY weekend would make me absolutely broke!
How about every other one then? I'd be there hunting/haggling/buying and learning!

It's fun, isn't it? Very few of us makes any money on anything, but in the rare instance that we do, we'll find some way to reverse it. As far as building cars goes (aside from the pros), we're very lucky if we would recover the cost of the parts. It's one sickness that I'm glad I have & I'm not gonna let any doctor cure it.
