Hey everybody! We have a number of projects going on around here due to the whole family being into cars. The current one is swapping out a 221 and automatic ****** on the tree from a 63 fairlane and putting my 302 with an AOD ****** in. Everything is basically OK but the rear crossmember due to the extended tailshaft on the AOD. we modified another crossmember, but then discovered that the 63 throttle linkage won't work with an Edelbrock manifold. Haven't started cutting hte floor yet to install the floor shifter, we don't want it on the tree. Any words of advice? Also, the remade rear crossmember won't hold the dual exhaust so we're planning on just holding itup under the floor. thanks for any advice! ltca
