Here are the pix of a bubbletop my buddy and are doing |(mostly my doing!!!) More pix to come, have body on chassis over weekend and starting floors and tubbing. His dreams/plans is a world 409 aluminum block and a clutch-turbo, just has to get back to work since unemployment doesn't support champagne tastes on a cheap beer budget!!! Like I said more pix to come!

Always loved the '62 409's. We held the B/S National Record with one back when they were new.

  6. Very nice, that frame looks killer.

  7. What are the plans for wheels and tires? Those don't look like they will get very good traction...

Looking good. I have a 61 Belair Bubbletop that would look sweet with your frame slide under it.

  19. Have you tried stuffing a seat in there and seeing what the driving position feels like with that raised floor?

I gotta ask about the "clutch turbo"? What is it, where did it come from, what did they come in or how do you modify what ever it is/was to use a clutch. I GOTTA know!!!!!! I think i need one!

Wow what a build. this should be the best Impala ever. I can't wait to see the finished car. I have had severial Bubble Tops, I like the old school. You will knock the socks off this new gereration. Keep up this great build. Not my cup of tea, but do it your way. Thats how I did mine.
