brown Whitewalls?

I just got back from the tire store . I purchased a set of shaved whitewalls (shaved today) And i noticed some discoloration starting on the edges everytime I went out to to the truck It seems to be getting worse! I have read that this Happens to real Whitewalls too(cokers) Im not too happy it has taken me years to save up for these and they look like caca in acouple of hours !! Anyone else have this problem?

 

whestlys bleach white and a scrub brush. You can buy it at any parts store.

 

Thanks I tried that first.It kinda worked someone told me It was oils from under the whitewall seepingout? thank you
