Rust encapsulator??

    Red Oxide is actually just relabelled in auto paint supply stores as "structural primer" and will set you back around 60 bux for 4 litres when thinned should make 6 or 8 depending on how thick you want to go. You guys would prolly have the same kinda products as we do there i reackon.

    Thanks again guys for giving some real world insight into these products. I just hate the thought of putting some high priced product on my project just to find out in a few years that it has turned to crap-o-la. I just purchased a gallon of the EASTWOOD rust Encapsulator to use on my frame. A bit costly but very high reviews and free holiday shipping I couldn't pass it up. I would have went with POR-15 but I have heard a few people say that it has a nasty sun-light issue and that it is prone to falling off...A frame is a big job that I don't want to have to do again..
