Thanks one guy did call Scott and offered up a dizzy close by a Big Huge thanks to that guy! 3 guys with an empty trailer coming back from Salina picked up Scott and phil and dragged them to the closest town where I was searching for an open auto parts store or shop. These guys were Badass they took us to there house offered up tools and when we figured it was just a fried coil they made calls and got us one! It all worked out 550 miles down 1100 to go! Man you guys are having an adventure. So did you weld the broken new water pump or rebuild the old one with the new ones parts? We haven't made it home yet either. Stayed the night in effingham, I'll, about 8 more hours to go I think. Travel safe my friend.
Thanks again Denise for trying to locate all the crap we needed! I welded that cracked water pump drove to the Nebraska Wyoming border slept 3 hrs on my front seat and for my next trcick I will drive 1200 more miles on 3 hrs o sleep! Good luck gettin home cyas in long beach! Dave Hitch

We got back on the road last night.we cooked a coil. Thanks to anthony.jason and darrel. The pulled us off the freway ong got us the parts we needed
