What's up everyone? I have a 64 coupe deville. I am looking at bagging it and installing white walls with 61 caddy hub caps. I'm new to the Cadillac world so need a little help. Also looking at putting supremes on it. The stock tire size is 235/75/15. If I lower the car, shouldn't I go with a smaller tire? Was thinking of a 215/75/15. I don't want the tires to look too small though. Gonna bag it but no cutting or tunneling. I was also thinking of going with a wider white. 2 3/4" to 3 1/8". I need some guidance. What looks good and what looks gooffy on this ride???? Any suggestions and pictures of other rides would help. Thanks ahead of time.

225/70/15 with 1" whitewall is what I would shoot for

I'd like to see pics of your convertible. I haven't looked into how to bag mine yet. Could use the help. Let me know what you come up with. Do you guys think that the 1" white wall is enough? I think the 1" would look good with the supremes, but you think they would look good with the hub caps? Thanks for all the input.

i ran 205/75/15 coopers on my factory wires and the tires looked way too small for me. i am now running 9.00/15 double whites and they are pretty much the same as a 235/75/15, large, but just the look i am shooting for.

i honestly think a 215/15/75 would probably be perfect! here are a few pics of mine...

here they are side by side...

That helps a ton Eric. I'm leaning more towards the 1" white now. I like what you got going. Thanks for all the pics.

Alright guys. I'm going with 225/75/15 firestones with 1" white walls. Gonna have them mounted on the steelies with hub caps for now. When I can afford the supremes I'll have them remounted on them. I'll place some pics when it's done. Thanks again for all the help. I'd still like to see more pics of your 60's cadillacs though. Keep em coming!!!!!

I think the early 60's Caddys look good with a 2" whitewall. that's what I had on my 62
