Hello, I stumbled upon your glorious forum by accident and like it. I live near Washington, DC. I have always been a car guy and love old steel. I am by no means a professional mechanic I am a Unix systems Admin. I have built Several Jeeps for friends and am always fixing up my friends stuff. My neighbor has been holding a 46 Studebaker hostage in his garage for the last 4 years, and well he is getting divorced and sold it to me for 2K. Needless to say I had been hounding him for 3 years. I am planning on restoring it, not to show quality but to a funtional weekend truck. I will post pictures and I am sure I have lots of questions that maybe some of the wise members on this fourm can ***ist me with. So Hello, Thanks and Hope to share in my adventure.
