So the last job I worked at was building 2 full scale jets out of F5's. The guy who hired me lived on the east coast and worked out in SoCal on projects like these. He slept at the shop where we worked, and I was looking at some stuff he had, and a bunch of framed prints caught my eye. I told him if he ever wanted to sell them to let me know. He said he never would. 6 months later the shop closes. Studio work is at a crawl right now, and everyone is going their seperate ways. I got a call today from him and he asked if I wanted them. I said I barely had any cash but would work something out. He gave them to me! Says the new wife doesn't like this crap. It isn't all neccesarily traditional, but I think it's definetly cool.
Great score!!! It never hurts to plant a seed. That's how I got my 56 chevy... took 7 months for him to call.
