More Photos from the 30th KKOA Leadsled Spectacular.

Hi Everyone,
Am still on the road from the great Salina event...with a side trip to North Central Kansas and then a couple days in KCMO.. and now in a motel in Woodward, OK so I can fix a friend's car, then on home tomorrow..

Have started posting Salina photos to Pbase and am still on Friday's photos, then next will be the Friday Drags, and then the Saturday photos, even down to the Kuntz DriveIn driveover in Abilene Saturday evening..

Have posted 406 photos so far in the PBase album for the 30th KKOA event last weekend in Salina.. Kind of slow with cropping a number of the Friday afternoon Drag photos.. About 50-60 more drag photos to go through, then start on Saturday's activities with the HAMB Meet and Greet.. A professional photographer from Olso, Sweden made a nice comment on the photos at the bottom of the page... Will be adding more each day... Thanks for looking... NM Sandrail, Awesome pictures of Salina.Thanks for taking the effort to post them for all to see.Mine is the gold Airflow,I was thrilled to be in the land of Kustoms at least for four days.Everywhere ya turned was more cool kustoms and people with the same pashon for old radical rides as us.

Those are all GREAT! Seems like you've got a fetish regarding a purple Oldsmobile. I think I copied 18 photos you took of Big Olds. Did you get any of me racing my good pal Mike in the hoodless '46 Olds fastback by chance? Would love to see those if you did. Thanks again for sharing all your photos. Denise... That "Big Olds" is special... These are all the drag photos that I took. I was having some issues with the heat. Had just came down from the NM mountains, where it was long sleeve weather in the mornings and evenings...was up there at Camp Wehinahpay (BSA) for 6 weeks as Camp Commissioner. So the heat about cooked me and had a couple whoozy spells. And I did miss some photos. Was better after 3 big Diet Cokes..

That rod with that unusual air cleaner housing is one hella runner out on the strip. A lot of thought and talent went into that device.. The eyes bug out when throttle is depressed... Just a most unusual car!.. duane
