Question about model a sub frame. '30 Roadster

    Is there supposed to be a wood spacer between this front body bracket and the sub rail here? It would make sense if there were in my situation, I have the door aligned, but while doing so, i have the very rear of the body jacked up a few inches too high to accommodate. someone please educate me.

    Yes... it take a wooden body block, It is 1-1/4" tall were the 2 bolts go thru it

    I don't know, but I don't think that green circle is supposed to be there.

    It looks like you car's body was channeled at one time, and is missing the inside portion of the sub frame rail. The rail it's self should curve at a 90 degree angle down ward again as it goes to the center of the car. then it goes 90 again back to horizontal. You should probably fix that sub frame before going too much further with body work. And yes, it does take a body block there, at the center cross member, and at the back of the rails.

    Yes, Its been channeled all the way back.. thank you for the info. so there is infact a 1 1/4 " block? that makes sense now. thank you.
