I got some more done on the Sport Coupe today. Have all of the fenders back on. Still have a long way to go. I'm trying to decide wether to run the Model A Grill or get a 32 Grill. I still have to get a radiator, still got to get a clutch disk that will fit the 40 toploader. Brakes still need rebuilding and also still need two 35 wires to replace the Model A wheels on the front. I'm real happy with the stance.

Nice job, front wheels fit "right" in the front fenders. Narrow the rear to get the same in the rear. Looks like you've done your homework on this build. Thanks for your update, - lo

Thanks, I gained a lot of information on this forum. The rear end is slightly back at the moment as I don't have the torque tube hooked up yet. Most of the parts I have picked up locally in Houston and surrounding area. This is my first ground up build.

Thanks Kathy. I know you have an AV8 in build as well. Have you had your Torque Tube shortened yet? If so who did it? I have shortened the outer tube and now need to get the shaft shortened. I was going to do it myself but decided I should get someone who knows what they are doing.

No, I haven't done that. I'll bet Lee could do it or would know who could.

That will be it for a couple of months as my air compressor caught fire yesterday so I'm now in the market for a new compressor. Luckily it was in the shed adjacent to the garage. No damage other then the burnt out motor and some very nice acrid smoke.
