I just was watching the 6 o'clock news and they said that there is a Auto theft ring operating in SOCAL which is targeting cl***ic cars. Another 59 Impala convertible was stolen and they were so brazen, they took the time to put the car on a flatbed:mad: Keep a good eye on yours and others cl***ics out there and hope they catch those crooks soon.

They actually just caught a car ring here that had the same MO. Stole a rollback and used it to steal cars. News said they were part of a larger interstate car ring. Hopefully they are tied to your group because you know criminals love to tell on eachother when they get caught.

Hangin' is too good for them. Burnin' is too good for them. They ought to be torn into itty bitty pieces and buried alive!

  6. Generally tearing one into small pieces kills them.

All you can do is make sure your insurance is up, because if they really want to steal it, they're going to get in it, unless you hire armed guards to babysit your car 24/7. I find the secret is often just to have a car that looks like a piece of **** so no one wants to steal it in the first place.

Hopefully they'll run into an owner who also collects guns. I know if I caught some one stealing my truck or car and I was lucky enough to get the upper hand their bodies wouldn't be found.

In the old days horse thieves were hung.

Watch the movie Casino, and the scene where they are in the desert with holes dug and baseball bats....you know the rest.

That is what we should do to car thieves. No mercy at all, a slow and painful death.

You are probably right, a while since I saw the movie. However, corn field or desert, it was just as brutal.

And fitting for the lowlifes we are describing.

I have always been partial to nailing their nuts to a table in an old shack, give them a dull, rusty knife and set the shack on fire.

Like using the car's cigarette lighter and length of wire to ground out the coil?? I typed a little "how to" about it in the other thread with a stolen Impala.

  22. And this stops them from using a rollback how?
If they want it, they will take it.
I'm thinking I need to put a boot on my car.

I'm a repoman, and one of the other local roepossessors trucks was stolen, 2 years ago. the truck has never been recovered, and i can't think of a better way for a thief to steal your car. it really ****s that there are so many thieving dousche bags out there, and it shows that they're getting smarter, about how they steal cars. there really isn't a way to stop a guy like that.

That was ugly. My cars aren't worth that much guilt.

Alraedy have a premanent disability from chasing down ***holes that were looking to break into my car.

Make your car as hard to steal as possible, alarm etc and prosecute to the full extent of the law. On top of that make sure your insurance is up to date.

Well, I don't own anything that is worth sitting in Walla Walla for the rest of my life for killing someone over it but I do believe in making vehicles damned hard to steal.

All of our rods and or customs should have at least one extra step involved in starting them. Be it a hidden toggle switch, lighter that serves as an ignition ground or hidden push ****on that has to be pushed when the key is turned. Something so simple that you buddy riding with you doesn't even notice when you do it but that would slow down the characters who do the spur of the moment grabs.

this car had something in it in the video they where under it and under the hood if it was a bone stock impala you just have to unplug the ignition and jump it these guys where taking it no matter what
my anti theft idea which i don't care if a share it cause anyone caught trying to take my car is going to disappear for good with no remorse
why not install line lock brakes in the front and back and have it active when car is off with out knowing how to turn it off you can't roll ?
