I'm building this as a somewhat 60s or 70s flavored lowrider. It has a **** load of HOK gold mini flake but flake is just to hard to get in pics. If anybody has photoshop skills I would greatly appreciate it.
Come on Ben, did you even read anything on this forum before you signed up with that? I hate to be blunt, but do us all a favor and junk that thing, will you please, and get a real car. Come back with something cool pre '64. Trust us, you'll be much happier when you do.
Yeah! Try looking into a '62 Impala or something... You'll be the baddest kid on the block. How old did you say you were???
Must be that time of month again, when all the **** stains from the rat rod forums come here to stir ****. Boring.-MIKE
Sell that POS and get a real hot rod ! This isn't one of those low-rider forums where you stuff 24" under them and expect to look KOOL ! You will get NO respect driving those cars ! Retro Jim
Here's a pic of my Olds with bellflowers on it. As for the original poster, if you really want a 60's flavored lowrider, you need a 60's car to build. The gold car is clean, you should be able to sell or trade it for a decent 60's starting point. Keep the Supreme wheels to use on the next car. Bellflowers wouldn't look right on that car anyway, they'd have to be super short and run uphill from the bottom of the quarter to the rear bumper. I know that's not what you want to hear, but deep down, I bet you know it's true.
