I spent way too much time in the swap meet and by the time I made it to the show field most of the cars had left! Still were some decent ones left though
I agree if you score something but I didnt so it was irritating. Ill remember to take pics of swap stuff next time.
I stomped around swap Sat. morning in rain. never made it to the car corral or show cars. bought a bunch of o.t. parts and cool safty kleen bench top parts washer for 20 bucks. 15 year old son bought an army food container/cooler from 72 and fallout shelter sign from 62. Seems like there was a lot of early iron, 20s and 30s more so than normal. Watched a bunch of people stuck in parcking area. Typical madison classics show...........Wet.
We got to the show around 10am.Those puddles in the swap area were deep.Nothing like rain to bring a bunch of car nuts together.(thanks for the beer)I was looking for the owner of the black 1964 Mercury Marauder that showed up after 2pm.Did anybody get a shot of that?Baby moons and white walls were very tasteful. The wife called it "sexy".A first.
