So, Who runs Hurst Cheater Slicks on your Rod?

    So, do you or someone you know run Hurst Cheater slicks on your/their Rod?
    I had them make me a pair, and my car is not completed yet.
    The quality is very good, and the look is awesome.

    That looks great!......is that the same basic slick speedway sells? A pair of slicks is in my future......just gathering as much info as possible on whats available out there. Steve

    I need to get some new ones here pretty quick... I haven't started looking for Hurst's contact information yet as it is burried in a pile of research for an article I did a LONG time ago. Anyone have it handy?

    The Speedway / Hurst tires are the same tires...I bought mine direct from Ron @ Hurst, and had him groove them so I could drive in the rain!!!

    Harrell.......Your A C-dan is so rightous man, my wife has been on my *** since we visited with you in B-field to find a body and get busy.
    So I guess once this Willy's is on the road, I'll be back in the shop once I find a C-dan body.

    I'm running white wall cheaterslicks on my plymouth 58, i drove that tires for 10 000 miles now with no problem, they come from stockton wheels!

    Now let's get this straight, the Hurst recaps are built on radial carc***es right? Wouldn't it be dangerous to run them with bias plys up front. I really dig the way they look though.
    Also aren't you asking for trouble running cheaters in wet climates like Florida's?
