well...needed another Stude truck - a Champ LWB at that - like a hole in my head...but when the yard starts with the crusher talk...and price's is just right...well...parts is parts...will have to post pics later...it's aways away...just has a motor implant...not sure what it was...
its always great to save a studebaker , and or a packard to lol or any ole cool vehicle or motorcycle , or hit n miss engine etc etc
sorry...after selling my stash lot - I'm just about finish moving to the shop all the cars and stuff I had there for about 20 years - still have the 49 Stude 2 1/2 ton truck tractor to move Thursday from there...will try and get the Champ next week as it's about an hour's more from Dallas...
okay...so it was 104 in the shade today so what better time to haul a Champ out of a east Texas salvage yard....the ***le says 1964 so that was kinda neat...the bad is 400 Ford engine and driveline...with 9 inch in rear....could have used another stock rearend...oh well - enjoy...
Speedtool - it's a cover...covering....a dodge...tailgate.....the only brag about this truck over all the other Stude trucks I've hauled home is...all the gl*** is good...also the grill is really nice....oh well...
