Sad to say No, I had it for a year in 1976 made a street/strip car out of it and then bought my morris van. the austin had no front brakes and was a handfull on the street, it went up to Canada and floated around up there and then John Cassiol in Buffalo found and bought it and is restoring it to the way Oddy reced it in th 60's

That's an Econoline ......... it once had 2 SBC for transportation when it was driven on the road.
Dave did a complete make over and installed a VERY stout BIG small block..now on alcohol.
Oh,it's for sale..

As for Lancaster event..we stayed home because it just didn't 'smell" right..

I think we made the right decision.
For what it's worth..a group of ONDR cars are headed to EMPIRE raceway on Saturday,to run with the WNYGG series race.
It is to show support for a nostalgia race next yr at that facility.

I went to Lancaster tonight for their grudge night racing / cruise night. I went up by the line to see what was running and to my surprise guess what I seen.
They had orange cones placed right in the groove, forcing people to run in the slick section of the track. Just can't get away from their gigantic brain of great ideas.

When Niagara closed they moved the Gold Cups to Empire...... So if they just call it the Gold Cups then we would still have the connection to Niagara. Just sayin.The Rochester Street Rods might take up the challenge as far as a local club.

Empire is the Perfect venue for a race like this. It could be huge. If they could get MANDRA, NETO, GLNFCC, ONDR a swap etc. then wow....Its great with the GGoWNY alone.

We had talked about the far North East Pit Road about were you guys usually are.
We will see. Stop on by. I have my Sons car done and we will be there with that also, Its not Nostalgia friendly though , just a little Bracket(no electronics) Mustang. Will be a busy - fun day
