Help deciphering markings on my old truck.

My 39 Plymouth pick up was pretty beaten up when I got it with dirty great scaffold bars welded into the front bumper and a shed load of dents! Paint was a mixture of black and green but on the drivers side fender DF/MF had been painted on as shown in pic below.

Anybody able to tell what this could have meant? Assuming it meant anything at all that is......

I don't know, but it looks like it was done recently.

 

looks like salvage yard or auction markings ? i dont know what they mean though ?

Dent free mopar fender

 

Cheers people, I can clearly state that as much as I like the idea of the "dent free mopar fender" this was not the case!

Painted over it shall be!
