55 Ford brakes up-grade

Is it possible to up-grade the brakes on my 1955 Ford Country Sedan, without too much alteration, by subs***uting parts from later models?

 

i do believe that granada, and bodies in the same frameset, spindles will bolt right up to your car. rotors and all. you dont even have to change the ball joints. i know they did on my 59, and i think they fit 55 to 62 or something like that. do a search on here, and put '' granada brakes'' in there. i bet you'll find it.
