The first time I met Rich and Penny outside of car show land, I went to their house to pick up a WCK plaque. Not onLy did they invite me into their home. Rich took the time, After a long day working. to show me his office full of years of coolness and history. After about 30 min. of good old fashioned car guy b/s, Penny asked if I would like to join them for dinner. Amazing people! Rich and Penny worked hard to put together WCK and "Paso". To keep this event alive and fum, We now have Santa Maria. Thank you Rich. Thank you Penny. You have been there for us.. It would be an honor to be there for Rich. Julie and I will be attending. REST IN PEACE RICH. Mark Basham / Tumbleweed
Where is the reception being held? Want to be sure the car is g***ed up and ready to go after the service.
The reception is only a 10 mile drive to a location in Moreno Valley. Everyone will get the information and directions at the funeral home so that way they can pay their last respects to "RICH" then cruise in his HONOR to the reception.

I called and talked to your mom earlier in the week. I just love her. She's such a strong woman.....And she WILL keep your fathers wonderful legacy ALIVE and cruisin forward. My dad is so proud to have called them his friends for all these years. He remembers being approached in Oakland to be part of WKC and he & my mom would have been members 14 & 15 if he would have joined then....He went home and called Rich not too long afterwards and....Their #'s are in the 40's. My moms badge is in a hutch next to her some of her ashes and his prized Hall of Fame things and family pictures. The De Rosa family is has you all in their thoughts & prayers ~ Keep the memories alive through you kids, grandkids and the great grandkids....and of course all your West Coast Kustoms family~
Cant make it but I send MUCH RESPECTS I met Penny and Rich only one time but what nice and friendly folks.
On befalf of the Pichette family. THANK YOU ALL for everything you have done for us, Rich, Penny , and the rest of us. And for making the dream my Dad had "WEST COAST KUSTOMS" come alive. Because without all of you it would not have happened. You have become part of our family. Thank You
I heard that some people didn't sign the guest book at the funeral because the line was to long. You can go to the funeral home guest book and sign or leave a message at any time, the funeral home will give Penny a copy of it at the end of the year in a nice hard cover book.
