Pop ups for shade

I enjoy the rod run car pictures that everyone posts but when I see a car under a shade tent and the people are setting in the sun, I just don't get.

Just my rant!

 

thats cause they are stupid! weird but people are people and they do strange shit all the time?

Sunburns heal ,faded paint don't !

 

When you reach my age, it will make a lot more sense.

 

Faded paint is easier to fix than cancer!

 

Heck do what I did the last run I went to, I took my vintage scotty camper I restored. It got to hot, in we could go, pop open the cooler and watch everyone else get hot.

 

It's hottt! Boo hooo. Gotta pay to play.

 

I don't get when people post what they don't get!

 

Well my wife is norwegian and she can burn under a tent with cloud cover, so if we can put up a tent we do it, never the car. The car will set under the sun and we will take care of it. Love shows with trees and shade.

ive seen Corvettes sit with the hood open and the reflection off the aircleaner on the inside of the hood bubbles the paint from the heat.

I always wondered why so many vettes have a towel folded across their air cleaner...
Also whats with the people who put their pop ups under a shadey tree?
