Hei! Welcome to the HAMB. Nice work on the Vega. How many Vegas have you seen in Norway? I lived in Oslo and my family was from Baskerud. I now live in Cali., USA. I think you meant Nut's island, not iceland? I'm not sure if Nøtter comes from nut though. There is a Scandinavian HAMBers social group. (http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/group.php?groupid=45) Check it out, for events and so on. Keep up the good work! hade! iveR
Thanks for the kind words. Sorry for the typo Nøtter = Nuts, øy = island so with some word play Nut`s island hehe. My Vega is an old Ambasy car, from what I know there are 7 or 8 Vega and a few more H-body but only 3 or 4 on the road as far as I know. The 38 Chevy was unfortunetly sold on a few years ago without telling me or my dad, we told them to let us know but the did`t. The old man who bought it is dead ofcource so the trail ded ended there. But will try to get the old registration number so I can trie to track it down. During the week ends hunting I traced down a 28 Ford sedan delivery I knew was stored in the same area. It is complete and standing in a barne for who know how many years looks like it was parked there in the 60ties. The guy who owned it will still not sell it to me but it was nice to se it aigain. Will let you know how it goes. Erik
