Well. I have been snooping around your site for a bit now. I like it. Thought I would sign in. I do not have any hot rod, street rod or rat rod, but I have a rock rod as some call it. I have a built jeep for rock crawlin. I am looking at getting something to cruise in though. When I find the right ride, ill post it up.

Well it took me a year, but I got something to build. I sold the jeep, and bought this.

Its a 47 plymouth 2 door sedan. I also have a 71 fury with a 360, 727 trans, and 8 1/2 rear for it. as well as a valoria front clip. I think it will be a good project for my boys and I to do.

  3. Plymouth's are Kool !............forgive me for saying this, makes more sense to cruise slow and low, than to rock with the rock's. JMO.

Yes. Thats my uncles place. Theres alot of those around there. He has a few really cool ones too. I was wanting one, but I wouldnt have room for the wife and kids in it, so we went with the plymouth. There is a 37 ford ex paddy wagon. I wanted it, but he wanted more than I could afford at the time. Next time im out there ill snap some more pics for you all. He used to have a mustang grave yard, but it has turned more into a 40's-50's ford truck grave yard now...lol He has a 48? ford panel. a 47 truck, 2 67 fast backs done, a rare 70 grabber 302, not a boss, or anything, but more rare. he has had it since it was new. it needs restored again though. Mine sitting out there till I get the floors done, front clip and the motor swap done. I dont have 220 at my place just yet.Plus he has all the tools for body work, where as I dont. The really bad thing is. He lives in north west Indiana about a hour from Chicago. I live in central Indiana. about 2 1/2 to 3 hours form each other. so I really want to get that stuff done as soon as I can so i can get it home to work on it....I cant wait.
