Vega Steering Box Gear Set Availability?

I've got a Stock Vega steering box and I'm wondering if there are quicker ratio gear sets available for it. If there are, does anybody have a source?...

 

Doubt it. But speed up the steering the easy way by making a longer pitman arm.
